Just In! EFCC Raid Former DSS Director General House In Abuja

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arrested a former Director-General of the Department of State Service (DSS), Ita Ekpenyong.
He was reportedly arrested in connection with alleged N17billion fraud in the agency. The arrest was said to be part of ongoing probe of the sacked DG of the agency, Lawal Daura. The two ex-DSS chiefs were said not to be able to account for the cash in the last three years. Earlier in the day, EFCC operatives raided Ekpenyong’s house located in Asokoro, Abuja.

Ethan Ampadu Signs Five Year Extension Deal With Chelsea

Chelsea midfielder, Ethan Ampadu  has signed a new five year contract extension with the club, on Wednesday. Ampadu, who plays for Wales has been battling to settle in the starting line up of Chelsea’s coach, Maurizio Sarri this season. The player in time past had stated that he was putting all efforts together so has to be included in the starting line up of the club. “ I’m really proud and happy, ” ESPN quoted Ampadu as saying. “ I’m looking forward to the next five years and all I have got to do now is continue to work hard, and hopefully good things will happen .”
